Clean Rooms
PLiSATi’s products designed primarily for the pharmaceutical and food industries, which include pill and other bottles as well as various containers, including caps, are manufactured in controlled environment that is dust-free and separate from the rest of the production facility.
Air parameters in clean rooms are regularly checked and validated. The monitored parameters mainly include air purity expressed as the number of microparticles per each m3 of air, but also air temperature and especially air humidity. Essential for the smooth operation of the clean rooms is a high-performance air-conditioning system which, with the help of a whole system of different filters, ensures continuous air exchange throughout the space and maintains the required quality and dust level.
